We are ecstatic to introduce you to Maui’s newest beachfront luxury vacation rental! Ka'anapali Luxury Estate, completed in September 2024, is ultimately designed with the traveler in mind. This exclusive villa is one of the most unparalleled vacation rentals in this area. You may never want to leave the property but if you do, there are shops, restaurants, and several amazing beaches within a short drive.

Ka'anapali Luxury Estate's entertaining areas are truly the star attraction of this estate. This is the first vacation rental in Maui that accommodates the top requested outdoor activities/amenities on one property! A pickleball court, volleyball court, outdoor gym, private pool with slide, and pool cabana are thoughtfully situated on this acre lot.

The unique spacious interior design expands over 11,000 square feet. The main house consists of two levels. The open-flow living area and kitchen are well-appointed with luxurious accents throughout. The generous seating areas will comfortably accommodate the whole group for any occasion. The main level also includes 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The left wing offers three bedrooms. The two king suites are steps from the pool and the third garden-view suite offers two queen-sized beds with an en-suite bathroom. On the right wing, you will discover another poolside king suite with an en-suite bath and a garden-view king suite with an en-suite bath. You will also find the laundry room and easily accessible butler’s kitchen. The second level offers another sizeable living area with several unique arcade game machines, a ping pong table, and a seating area to enjoy table games. You will also find two king bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a suite with three bunk beds, and an en-suite bath.

We now continue to the detached three-bedroom suites that complete the 11-bedroom total. Two of the distinct king suites with en-suite baths are located a few steps from the main house. These suites are recognizably the largest of all the bedrooms. These suites are ideal for the traveler with privacy as a requirement or the added space to accommodate another bed for the little ones that need to be close. Both ensuite baths offer a captivating outdoor soaking tub and shower. Finally, our last bedroom, also known as the ohana or cottage, offers everything you need for a family of three. It has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa pullout in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washer and dryer. Just across the Ohana, is the inviting indoor gym with air conditioning. The well-equipped gym offers every traveler what they need to maintain their fitness goals.

*As of Jan. 2021 Bill SB 2571 went into effect, and Hawai'i is now the first State to ban non 'reef safe' sunscreen in an effort to protect our reefs and marine life. Please help us with this important legislation and purchase either 'reef safe' sunscreen before you travel, or wait until you're on Maui where you'll find a great selection readily available.
*It's also illegal to approach, touch, or harass sea turtles and monk seals in Hawai'i, both in and out of the ocean. They are protected by the 'Endangered Species Act.' Non-compliance may result in a steep fine and/or imprisonment.

Cancellation Policy

HILuxuryRentals requires e-mail notification for all cancellations.

For all reservations, monies are non-refundable within 60-120 days of check-in.

CANCELLATION PERIODS:

Pacific View Estate, Garuda, and Hawaiiana Hale cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival are refundable with a 10% refund fee.

Kaanapali Beachfront Estate, cancellations 120+ days prior to arrival are refundable with a 10% refund fee.

Please e-mail jodie@hiluxuryrentals.com within the cancellation period and we will be happy to process your cancellation and refund less a 10% cancellation fee.

Please be further advised that the Property Manager is not responsible for construction or neighbor noise, as these are risks that are inherent when renting a vacation rental. We are unable to control these factors, and this agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of these issues. There shall be no cancellation for construction noise or for neighbor issues of any kind.

To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that customers purchase travel insurance. https://www.csatravelprotection.com/

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the unlikely event that Maui mandates any revised terms prior to your arrival ie: shutdown or quarantine required for all travelers, you are eligible for a one-time cancelation, or a 100% credit towards a future stay, providing new travel dates are within one year of your contracted dates within this Rental Agreement.

If the Customer complains about the condition of the rental, the amount of Security Deposit being withheld, and or the service they received from the Property Manager and or Property Manager’s employees or contractors, the Property Manager and Customer will do their best to work to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.

Acceptance of any change to a booking after a confirmation has been issued is subject to approval and acceptance by the Property Manager of the rental.

Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. 50% is based on Rent, Taxes & Fees.
Balance payment is due 120- 60 days prior to arrival. 50% is based on Rent, Taxes & Fees and 100% of Security Deposit.

120 days prior to arrival- KA'ANAPALI BEACHFRONT ESTATE
60 days prior to arrival- KA'ANAPALI LUXURY ESTATE, PACIFIC VIEW ESTATE, GARUDA ESTATE & HAWAIIANA HALE.

For bookings arriving within BALANCE DUE DATE, full payment is due upon booking.

Bookings are not confirmed until the Signed Contract and Payment are accepted in writing. Once a booking is accepted, you will receive an email stating your reservation is confirmed.
