Exactly as stated and pictures do not even give it justice on how beautiful it is in person. Jodie and Eric were both wonderful from booking all the way through! You will not be disappointed. We went with my family of 5, My sister and her 2 adult kids and my parents and it we were filled with so many memories!!

We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary in Maui! This house was the perfect spot for the 11 of us. Jodie and Eric are easy to work with and responsive to questions. The pool, the covered porch, the view, the sprawling property. It is just gorgeous. So much attention to detail in the house and for the comfort of the guests. This house made our trip spectacular! I would recommend it to any family!

Home was just as advertised: beautiful home, fantastic pool and grounds, and amazing view. Also, best equipped home we have stayed in with everything labeled. The caretaker, Eric, is awesome. We would stay here again.

We will remember our time at Pacific View Estates forever which is awesome since this was a joint family trip to celebrate two college graduates. Jodie and Eric were outstanding through booking, planning, check-in, during our stay and departure! They made us all feel welcomed and secure knowing that we could call on them at any time. We have made many trips to Maui and all of them have been great, but this one was really something special becasue of this house in this location.

"What a fantastic stay we had at the Pacific View Estate."

When we walked through the front door, we all said, “this is even better than the pictures”. The view from the main living area out to the lanai, on to the pool and finally the ocean view over Lahaina were magnificent. The humungous kitchen was a delight to work in. There were more appliances and gadgets that we could have imagined. Somebody thought of everything! All our family (ten of us) commented how comfortable the beds were and how quiet. The pool became the focal point for the family with swimming, basketball, and relaxation. We discovered several new vocal stars in our family thanks to the Karaoke machine. What a blast! It was truly a most memorable family vacation thanks to Eric and Jodie running such a great property. Our kids and grandkids said we should just buy the property. I think we will settle for a future trip.

The home is extremely comfortable, every amenity you could think of is provided for, and the views are absolutely stunning. "This home was perfect for our 3-generation family trip."

The setting is peaceful and the view is outstanding. We were traveling with five kids aged 6 and under, and the big yard, great pool, and fruit trees kept them entertained. The living space was perfect -- the house was clean and well stocked with all the things we needed for our stay. Probably our best home rental ever, we loved our entire stay!

"The house, where do I begin"

Regarding location; easy 10 minutes into town and can get to most spots on the island very easy. The house, where do I begin. Could you stay on the property for your entire stay? Yes. All the beds were high quality, extremely clean and well taken care of, all items you will need including over 20 beach towels (who has that many?), the view and light breezes all day long,... However what was extra wonderful was that you can have a large group here and still have a place to "get away" from everyone. We hope to come back.

"This was an amazing vacation home; it has every amenity you could ever need."

We spent a majority of our time outside on the patio and by the pool. The views are simply spectacular... we would see whales occasionally in the distance. We were a family of 7 so we had plenty of room and then some ... didn't even need to really use the darling guest house. The kitchen is gourmet with every appliance and tool you could possibly want. The kids had a ton of fun playing in the pool, in the yard, using the karaoke machine, while the adults were in heaven with a drink watching the stunning sunsets. Super close to Lahaina for a quick trip into town. Our property manager was great too... very helpful and communicative. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The views are stunning, and the space gave our multi-generational family places to come together as well as places for private time. The amenities are top-notch. This property provided the much needed oasis for our family to have fun and relax. Highly recommended!!

The views and property are absolutely breathtaking! I celebrated my 50th Birthday with a group of girlfriends, and this house did not disappoint. The home is beautifully furnished, well appointment, and conveniently located. Jodie and Eric were fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Would highly recommend this property, we were so sad to leave! Thank you for having us and making this trip so memorable!!!

This property was as-advertised and set up perfectly for our family Christmas gathering. The house and grounds were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The grill, pool, and sound system made us want to stay outside the entire visit. The location also set up well for various excursions around the island. Jodie and the team were professional and helped make our stay easy and enjoyable. As our kids expressed, "it's going to be tough to beat this one".

This place is absolutely amazing! The entire family was in awe of this house and view the entire week - and every time we ventured out to the beaches or downtown Lahaina, we looked forward to getting home to our quiet piece of paradise. As for the house, there's literally nothing negative to say - it's incredibly spacious, the pool and hottub are perfect, and there are extras everywhere - pool towels, basketball hoops (for both pool and driveway), karaoke machine, Bose sound system for indoor and outdoor, and a kitchen w/ everything you'd need to cook up some amazing meals. And Jodie was great - we had a bit of a mixup on check-in times, and she was incredibly accommodating and flexible. Talked us through all the details and was always available. Definitely the most memorable family trip we've ever taken - and we'll be tempted to come back to this house! 🙂

"Amazing property, view, amenities and experience"

What an amazing property! My husband and I celebrated a family get together this last week and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The property is gorgeous and we were impressed with how well it was outfitted to host large parties, especially all the extra effort that goes into those things you take for granted at home - things like an extra ice maker, filtered water cooler, griddles to make pancakes, plenty of cookware of every sort, oodles of dishware, Tupperware, etc, outdoor fridge to keep your beer nice and cold, pool toys, boogies boards, and the list goes on. Jodie and Eric were amazing, responsive and on top of every detail. They really made this such a great memory for us all. Thank you do much for making our trip amazing!!!!

"Maui Paradise"

The views from this house are incredible. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house was perfect for our group of 11. It is well equipped, spacious and comfortably furnished. Details, such as the sound system, were greatly appreciated. We felt secluded, yet found the location very convenient We had a hard time leaving the property to explore the island.

The house was fantastic and had everything anyone could need... The rooms were large and very comfortable. The house management was extremely attentive and made everything very easy for us if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this property!

"Peace and quite in paradise"

My family and I stayed here for 8 nights and loved every minute of it. A family wedding brought us to the island and we wanted to stay somewhere big enough to accommodate all of us (8 in our party). The property offers peace and seclusion, while at the same time being centrally located. Downtown Lahaina is a short drive away and it's not far to the other West Maui hot spots. The house was fully stocked with entertainment options, cookware, and ample space to lounge around. It has everything a perfect vacation home should have so no need to pack extra towels, a coffee grinder, soap/shampoo, etc. The pictures, while very accurate, still don't do the property justice. Waking up to that view of Lanai each morning was an absolute treat and the sunsets are equally as captivating. The spacious yard is perfect for lawn games and the pool was the perfect place to cool down on those warm days. Jodie was super helpful leading up to our trip and answered all my questions promptly and Eric the caretaker was there to help if we ever needed it. It was hard to leave the property and head back to reality! We definitely plan on making another trip to the island and staying at this slice of paradise. Thanks Jodie!

"Paradise on earth!"

This home is incredible! I would give it 10 starts if I could. Beautifully appointed, tastefully decorated, clean, yet very welcoming and comfortable. This home has everything you could want or need. Our party of 8 was easily accommodated with tons of room to spare. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. We ate breakfast and lunch here every day, and most dinners as well. We were able to find everything needed to prepare our meals. The bathrooms are supplied with soaps, shampoos, and abundant towels. And the views! What a treat to wake up every morning with a view of the pacific ocean from every bedroom. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the pool and watching for whales (saw a lot of spouts and big splashes from breaches). We enjoyed the integrated sound system which supplied our favorite music no matter which room we were in, even at the pool! The grounds were beautifully manicured. The property is very peaceful and secluded, yet has convenient and quick access to anything you need or want to do in Lahaina. We appreciated the availability of everything needed for a day at the beach- boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. A nice selection of family-friendly DVDs kept us entertained in the evenings. The caretaker was friendly, easy to work with, and very helpful. We have memories to last us a lifetime. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave!

f you are not addicted to vacationing on Maui, a stay at this home will convert you. The view is "pinch me" fabulous only to be matched by the incredible details of this home. Luxury, tranquility, simply, ahhhh. On the sunny side of the island close to all of the activity of Lahaina and a stone's throw from the mellow longboarding waves of Launiupoko, the location is perfect. We plan on coming back as soon as humanly possible. Thank you for having us and sharing this special place.

"Beautiful home with super gorgeous views!"

My family and I loved staying at The Pacific View! Two weeks went by so quickly, I was sad to have to go home. The house was very private, spacious and comfortable for us. My room was a large master bedroom. It was fit for a goddess with a luxurious bath and walk-in closet. The property is well maintained with so many plumeria and coconut trees. We enjoyed fresh coconut water and coconut meat. We had fresh plumeria flowers strewn on the table every morning on the lanai. My mom even made some plumeria leis for us to enjoy. Every minute pool side was spent enjoying the beautiful views. I would definitely rent it again.

"Incredible Views, Sunsets and Private Beautiful Setting"

This was our most relaxing vacation EVER! Beautiful quiet home away from the crowd, but close enough to just head down the hill and enjoy Lahaina. Nice place for walks and the best place on the island to watch the sunsets. Stunning! We love every minute of being there and hope to be able to come back again and again!

"Private Paradise and Amazing Sunsets!"

We just returned from an amazing stay at the Pacific View. The home was beautiful, very well kept and was true to the description on this site. Three islands can be seen from the sweeping westward view (Lanai, Molokai, and Kahoolawe) as well as an amazing sunset every night. We were completely satisfied with our experience and look forward to returning to this property again someday soon. There is plenty of space for everyone here, including a large yard for kids to run around when they need a break from the pool. The huge infinity pool is picturesque. The home has all the extras that make a good vacation a great vacation. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a top-notch family vacation. Pacific View also would lend itself to a multi-generation family reunion. A tropical paradise!
